Data Capture

Another distinct advantage of CDL’s Integrated Fulfilment System is that it automatically becomes the central portal for all information. Whether these be manual orders from an email, a telephone call or an online request received directly via FTP, our system will take this information and store it and report back.

Clients can request detailed profiles regarding their orders, customers and products. This data can then be used pro-actively in the form of mailings, e-mailings or other promotions.

CDL can capture information through our own call centre or integrate it with a third party contact centre provider if required.
