The hands-on approach we adopt here ensures all our Call Centre representatives are fully briefed on every aspect of each individual contract and/or campaign in order to provide your customers with a faultless service.
Our Call Centre works in line with our fulfilment systems and we can accommodate all forms of communication from call handling to fax and emails for both short and long term contracts, as well as one-off campaigns. Call Centre software monitors call activity, duration and waiting times. We can dedicate phone lines for our customer service teams to process incoming calls and then to organise any other necessary actions.
