Whether these be manual orders from an email, a telephone call, or an online request received directly via FTP, our system will take this information, store it and report back.
Clients can request detailed profiles regarding their orders, customers and products. This data can then be used pro-actively in the form of mailings, e-mailings or other promotions.
CDL can capture information through our own call centre, or integrate it with a third party contact centre provider if required.
