Case Study 1 (Online Store)

We managed the development of the new online shop for a charity as well as the printing and mailing of the catalogue. We receive orders direct from internet and via the call centre, handling payments when required. Our Call Centre administer up to 200 calls a day.

Case Study 2 (TCT)

TCT is a charity focused on speech therapy for adults and youngsters alike. CDL Logistics store a range of literature for pick and pack and call off by TCT Head Office. This is the first time The Communication Trust have outsourced fulfilment and our record in providing Charities with fulfilment services gave them the confidence to take this step.

Case Study 3 (Wildlife Preservation)

CDL Logistics are delighted to be selected as the outsourced fulfilment house for an internationally recognised wildlife preservation charity. Previously serviced in-house, this is a big step for the charity and CDL have demonstrated the ability to tailor our online fulfilment solutions to meet some wide ranging requirements including several elements of personalisation.
