After performing storage, fulfilment and distribution services for Transport for London since 1990, CDL are delighted to announce that their contract has been renewed.
Currently CDL have a seamless interface between TfL and their management system IFS (Integrated Fulfilment System) that enables TfL to place and track orders and access a wealth of management information. During the current contract CDL has worked closely with TfL to greatly enhance the IT integration. Major goals achieved include the linking of the TfL Call Centre, TfL Website, TfL Head Office sites and Stations. CDL believe this has brought significant efficiencies and savings to TfL by allowing real time order placement, tracking and reporting.
